Checking AP Scores Early

Can college board cancel my scores if I check them early? I always hear rumors about this, but I don’t know if it’s true of if they would even be able to find out.

People have been checking their scores early for years and CB has never done anything about it. I’m pretty sure the reason CB has to release scores by state because their servers can’t handle everyone logging in on the same day.

The College Board might have the power to invalidate scores but the chances of them doing it just because someone checked their scores early is highly unlikely. I don’t think there is even a way that College Board would know who checked their scores early so I wouldn’t worry about it.

No way…. My friends and I have been using earlyscores for 2 years now and nothing has ever happened. Also you aren’t doing anything to change your score, you are just checking it and there’s nothing wrong with that.

No, they wouldn’t do that. There are too many students every year that check their scores early so it would just be a waste of time for them.

I don’t think college board would cancel scores just because you looked at them early. My older siblings used to download VPNs to check and it was never a problem.
